Villas of Equestrian Meadows Development Moves Forward In Lemont

Lemont, IL – The Villas of Equestrian Meadows development will move forward after the Lemont Village Board approved annexation, rezoning and the preliminary planned unit development for the project.
Plans for the project include a 32-unit duplex subdivision on 16 lots, sitting on 9.72 acres on the northwest corner of McCarthy and Bell roads, according to board documents.
During the meeting, a public hearing was held and the board amended an existing annexation agreement to include a 2.41-acre lot which will be part of the development. According to board documents, the proposed subdivision is also in agreement with the Lemont 2030 comprehensive plan.
